Import data from MYSQL db to excel and use excel cell as a parameter in query
I have successfully connected to MYSQL db from data tab > Get data> from database > from mysql database. connection is successful and I am able to see data in Excel.
Now I want to use a date present in Excel cell in query where clause.
Help me understand how to use/configure Parameter for MYSQL queries.
Note: I tried opening Query properties > Definition tab but Parameter button is disable. how to enable this or configure parameter in Power query editor.

TJKPieterse for suggesting the link, I am aware of this feature but this feature works only with MS SQL server and not with MySQL,
I am unable to add Parameters for MYSQL queries only .
- Odd as this should work with any ODBC compliant database system.
