Id like to create a system that would be able to add prices based on item numbers for each column in an invoice, rather then doing each item and pricing one by one. I'm assuming id make a price list for all the items, but for example, I could put an item in the column for each part, but instead of filling out the price for each part and the quantity is there a formula to check the price list and input the price in each column on the invoice?
Pretty much every invoice template has columns for the item/service and quantity and price, I know how to make it so that the total column would be the price times quantity, but can I enter an index of prices per item so I don't need to check the price every time I want to add an item?
