I need dates I add into a cell to have a value of 25 and then for them to total in another cell.

Question

I have to charge everyone who is locked out 25 dollars. I have to keep track of the dates to go back and verify with camera footage. Therefor I need my cells with dates in them to each have a value of $25 and then I will add the values of the dates for each person (if there is more than one date) into another cell.

I can not make it work with my If and VALUE functions can someone please help ASAP. TYVM
