I can not input some values
Hi,
I have trouble entering some values in Excel.
I try to add 7080051902836478 in any cell and automatically change the number with 0 at the end instead of 8.
Can you please help me to format cells or something to add this number?
Thank you.
Excel can only display 15 digits. The limitation of 15 digits is defined in the Excel specification, unfortunately you cannot change it.
Workarounds:
You can write the number with an apostrophe '7080051902836478 then it will appear as desired.
You can also convert the number to text from the Format Cells menu
... (right-click the cell you want and choose "Format Cells", you'll find the rest :).
Hope I was able to help you with this info.
I know I don't know anything (Socrates)
