how to import multiple external url on Excel mac

Hello everyone 

please how to import multiple external url on Excel mac, i know how to import single url but with multiple url no idea.

    ctrl+c copy to clipboard
    ctrl+v paste ?
    where you save the urls？
    a text file or .csv

      i have .iqy file and i wand import multiple url to web query.
