How to compare groups in multiple regression?

I am using XLSTAT to perform ANCOVA analysis of two groups (Male, Female). I want to know if there is a difference between the male and female populations using a multiple regression model to adjust for body size. I do not see that the output gives this information. Would it be better then to use another model to test for the differences between sexes?

Example: We are considering the medullary area of the proximal femur and we want to know if there are age- and/or sex-related changes of the proximal femoral medullary area.

Our quantitative x-variables= Age, Weight, Total Length of Femur (to adjust for age and size)

Qualitative x-variables= Males and Females

y-variable= medullary area

Should I use the LS means for factor Sex M,F to estimate if there are differences between males and females?
