How can I use index match if it wasn't in one column?

Good day! As stated above can someone help me. I am using index match but I find it hard because it wasn't in a same column.I want to get the specific data for example I select 1 or any number. Please take a look at this. https://www.dropbox.com/s/aheew349r8x4rvv/Error.xlsx?dl=0

    Your sheet is protected, besides your requirement is not clarified.

    you want to return in the printing sheet multiple values right?

      My bad. Yes!  I want to create another sheet which display the PRN, NAME, POSTN and the specific cell value whenever I choose any number from F11:AJ31).

        I am still confused with this, you do not have data up to AJ31 did you mean AJ11.
