Export Graph into PowerPoint during a Teams Presentation

Hi Folks,

Blind optimism and coffee tell's me there a genius out there with the right answer for me !!!

Customer was comparing Google to MS and challanged me with a question.  Said this is a feature that can be done using Google.   Is it possible to export a graph that is created in Excel Online into  PowerPoint presentation?  This needs to be done during a Teams videal call, so live and dynamicaly, not "saved and opened".

Scenario - In a meeting with customer, going through PP slides, customer shares Excel file, graph created from file and expoted live to open PP slides.

Cheers

Blind optimism and coffee tell me this may be the right answer...even if it's not always pleasant :).

Copy from Excel to another Office program

If you want to use an Excel chart or Excel data in a PowerPoint presentation, a Word document, or an Outlook message, you can simply copy it in Excel, and then use the paste options in the other Office programs to insert the copied content in a number of ways.

Note: The tools for copying Excel data and charts are not available in Office Online.

But you have to leave a bit of hope :).. maybe the other way around from PPT... I'm not sure, but it should work (not tested)...or this  Link to an Excel chart from your presentation.

In my opinion, it's not what Google can do, and Office can't. It's actually about what's possible and options behind the free curtain. Excel not only Online lets us use formulas, macros, and scripts to create sophisticated automation that saves time and effort. The fact that google sheets can do some of it doesn't say anything. Other programs such as OpenOffice, LibreOffice, etc. can also do this, but none can interact with as many options and many other apps as Excel. And if something can't be done, it can be done. The interaction possibilities of MS Office software seems me endless.

In the next versions, in the next 50 years, maybe a hologram will appear as well and you can dictate what it should do, even maybe have limited AI...well it's just a small evolution in thought. :))

But who do I tell?...You probably know better than I what MS is capable of creating :)).

Thank you for your time and patience
