Hi Hans, Thanks for your response. The "Fill" icon is missing on my excel windows I don't know why? When I type 1 and drag it down, it does not give me the option to select the series function. I used to do it with 2007 office.Thanks,Victor

Victor2022 Select File > Options. Select Advanced in the navigation pane on the left. In the 'Editing options' section, make sure that the check box 'Enable fill handle and cell drag-and-drop' is ticked, then click OK.

Hi Hans, The option menu is not display this. I think because it an Online version.
