Hi,
Not sure what I can tell you -more- than a video tutorial. And in any case, all I can say will be text.
Start reading this:
Fill data automatically in worksheet cells

Kind regards

Hi Hans, Thanks for your response. The "Fill" icon is missing on my excel windows I don't know why? When I type 1 and drag it down, it does not give me the option to select the series function. I used to do it with 2007 office.
Thanks,
Victor
Thanks,
Victor

Select File > Options.
Select Advanced in the navigation pane on the left.
In the 'Editing options' section, make sure that the check box 'Enable fill handle and cell drag-and-drop' is ticked, then click OK.
- Victor2022Feb 27, 2022Copper ContributorHi Hans, This is the search I found from the excel web help but I don't understand this:
In Excel for the web, you can project values in a series by using worksheet functions, or you can click and drag the fill handle to create a linear trend of numbers.
I don't how to do it.
Thanks,

If you want to create a series of numbers in Excel Online, enter the first two numbers in - for example - A1 and A2.
Then select A1:A2.
You should see a tiny square in the lower right corner of the bottom cell (A2 in this example). See 1. below.
When you move the mouse pointer over this square, it will change to a black cross. See 2. below.
Drag the mouse pointer down as far as you want. When you release it, Excel will extend the first two numbers to a series. See 3. below.

In Excel for the web, you can project values in a series by using worksheet functions, or you can click and drag the fill handle to create a linear trend of numbers. But you can’t create a growth trend by using the fill handle.
Here’s how you use the fill handle to create a linear trend of numbers in Excel for the web:
Select at least two cells that contain the starting values for the trend.
If you want to increase the accuracy of the trend series, select additional starting values.
Drag the fill handle in the direction that you want to fill with increasing values or decreasing values. - Victor2022Feb 27, 2022Copper ContributorHi Hans, The option menu is not display this. I think because it an Online version.
