Excel Online, it's not able to scale and select the paper size for print entire workbook command
Hi guys, i have a problem with the printing with excel online. Previously, i can print the entire workbook and it's work so well as in this

But later on the dropdown list for Scaling and page setup were disappeared from the dropdown list as below:

^ Now it's disappeared.
Please help!!

- Does your system have a default printer setup?
JKPieterse Not to my knowledge, I have to manually select the printer every time i want to print the hard copy.
- I'm afraid I don't know what the problem is! Here is what I would do:
- Open that print dialog
- Use some software to take a screenshot of that box, annotate it to indicate the issue and save it to disk
- Cancel the print dialog, click Insert, Picture to insert that screen-shot on a worksheet
- Now click the "Help improve Office" button in the bottom-right corner of the screen and submit your feedback. Microsoft does look at these feedback reports.
