I am connected to the internet, however I am getting this message when trying to use Excel Help.
The Turn on all connected experiences is checked in privacy settings.
Any suggestions to get the help files working?

I've been having the same problem on all my Office apps. I've opened and closed them all and nothing changes. This only started happening after I upgraded to Microsoft 365 a few months ago, and it is driving me crazy!
Can someone help me with this? Thank you so much.
