Excel Formula for PTO Tracking
Hello,
I have been tasked to come up with a formula for calculating 40 hours to = 1 hour of PTO.
What kind of formula is needed in order to equal 1 hour of PTO, once 40 hours has been reached? This also needs to be accrued.
Attached is an example of data that I am currently working with. My initial thought is an IF statement but my excel skills are lacking.
Any help is appreciated!

It's not clear to me what you you want, but perhaps in E2:
=INT(SUM(C$2:C2)/40)
and fill down?
