Excel Formula Assistance

I have a spreadsheet with 2 sheets, one called parts and the other called colors - Parts has 4 columns (A=parts, B=Code, C=Color, D=qty) The column names are on line 1 and the table extends to line 77. The second sheet called colors has 2 fields(A=Code, B=Color). What I am trying to do is to populate the parts sheet to get the B=Code fields and look it up in the color sheet and take the actual color name and place it in the Color field in parts which is currently blank - Can anyone help me
