Excel file data recovery

I have a .xlsx file in Pendrive, opened in the laptop (win10). While working suddenly laptop got restarted and after restarting, the excel file I am working was deleted. After that, I removed the OS and installed win7 OS and connected Pendrive to recover the file using iCare data recovery pro. I recovered the file but the file is corrupted. I tried with many tools available online but unable to get data back. Could anyone please help with it. I am attaching the recovered file here.

Edit: While uploading the file I got this error "The attachment's int.xlsx content type (application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.spreadsheetml.sheet) does not match its file extension and has been removed." Unable to upload it.
