Excel file data recovery

I have a .xlsx file in Pendrive, opened in the laptop (win10). While working suddenly laptop got restarted and after restarting, the excel file I am working was deleted. After that, I removed the OS ...

I would suggest in the future store your file in OneDrive, your data is always safe.
