Excel Comparetor

Hi Folks,

I am uploading three workbooks here; File1 and File2 are two files that I want to compare so that "ExcelComperator" gives me this kind of output through macros or add-ins. I am looking for something which compares two excel workbooks. I would appreciate it if anyone had something like this or in a different format and different approach. I would be more than happy to explore!
