Formulas used:
- 3 months → =AND(ISNUMBER($A2), $A2 < TODAY() - 90)
- 6 months → =AND(ISNUMBER($A2), $A2 < EDATE(TODAY(), -6))
✅ Apply through Conditional Formatting to keep outdated entries visible without manual updates.
