Drop down box and pulling data from worksheet to populate based on drop down selection

Good day!

I am trying to create a Staff directory list for my departments staff that are based in our school district of 190 schools.  I have created a data set with the schools and the staff positions of each school.  On the main page I have created a drop down list of all schools.  I am now trying to populate 15 cells with the data based on the school selection being pulled from the data set.  I watched videos and read articles on how to do this but still cannot get it accomplished.  I would like to use Access, but our Communications department is requiring we use Excel.  Much thanks in advance for any ideas/assistance!
