Deduping across multiple sheets

Hi, I am hoping someone can help me.  (Details changed for privacy) We have an annual sale that I am preparing for.  I have two sheets, one containing everyone who bought a Widget during the sale in FY21, and one containing everyone who bought a Widget during the sale in FY22.   I am trying to create a sheet that will have everyone who purchased a widget during BOTH years.  Does anyone have any ideas?

You can try this formula which returns the client name if it appears in FY22 and FY21.
