DATA CONSOLIDATION

How would I consolidate conditioned cells from different tabs in the same worksheet.  Specifically would like to capture entire rows from multiple tabs based on the color of a particular cell in that row.  This is a parts inventory workbook that has the "existing qt on hand" cell change color when it is below the minimum qt, (a formatted cell).
