Count Highlighted cells in another Sheet

=SUM(COUNTIFS(Com!B:B,TE!I2:I11)+COUNTIFS(SYD!A:A,TE!I2:I11))
=SUM(--(COUNTIF(TE!I:I,SYD!A2:A8)=0))
=SUM(--(COUNTIF(TE!I:I,Com!B2:B7)=0))
