Conditional formatting in visible cells

Hello Everyone,

I want to apply conditional formatting in visible cells which is Mark red greater than $6000 

like - 

Please help ..

@Excel Why not just apply the rule to the entire range. It will highlight ALL values greater than 6000. Collapse the outline and the rule will still apply.
