Conditional Formatting changing a row to a specific color
I have five key word that I need to charge the entire row a different color (5 colors). Three of the 5 color/word combos work perfect. The other two are coded exactly the same as the three, except referencing different key words and colors, but will not work? Does office 365 only allow 3? Totally lost???

You may want to verify your data is clean with no spaces before or after each given status. Additionally, I recommend focusing the conditional formatting on used cells instead of the entire row. Conditional can work when applied to the entire sheet but it uses more resources. Excel even includes a tool for eliminating formatting beyond the data.

That was it! I must have hit the "space bar" after typing "Billed, and Paid" in my drop down menu. God that was frustrating! Thank you very much. I spent hours redoing this, and that's all it was.
There is no such limit. Perhaps you may submit a sample of what you are doing.
Picture 1 and 2 shows how I can use "job in progress", "job compleated" & "win, but "billed", and "paid" will not turn the rows their perspective color.
