Combining Cells

Good morning, 

I am trying to combine 3 separated cells in a spreadsheet. I'm using the =CONCAT formula and adding the values correctly using commas after each cell name & quotes to allow spacing, but I'm getting an error. It's highlighting the last cell name & I'm not sure why. My formula looks completely correct to me. Can someone please help.

    If you need to add delimiter it's better to use TEXTJOIN like

    =TEXTJOIN(", ", 1, A1:A3)

    If you still prefer CONCAT could you please share exact formula you use.
