AutoFit row height with wrap text not working on 2016 Excel
For some reason my autofit is not working on my 2016 Excel. I have typed multiple lines in a merged cell and have clicked wrap text. After finishing, the row height does not adjust and I can only see the beginning of the first line. Even after I go to format, and click on autofit row height, it's still stays as one line. I can drag it down to see all three lines, but when I double click the line to have it automatically adjust, it still shrinks back down to one line. Does anyone know a workaround for this?

Merged cells is the source of many issues.
If you use Center Across Selection instead with Wrap text row will be automatically expanded
- aquigley1Brass ContributorI have the same error and "Center Across Selection" didn't change anything. Also, I need it aligned left, not centered, so even if this had corrected the text wrap, it wouldn't have worked. Is there another solution?
You have asked the same question in four different discussions. That leads to confusion and duplication.

SergeiBaklan - so strange that not having it work for all alignments. That the default is set for center makes no sense either. The unusual thing is that it works for my work computer but not the new laptop. Is there another setting?
