Accidentally clicked don't save when exiting. HELP!!!
I've pretty much tried everything.

Have you tried File > Open > Recover Unsaved Workbooks?
I can't find " Recover Unsaved Workbooks" on Mac 😞 I think I'm just bad with technology
Apparently that feature is only available on Windows, Try this:
Open Finder and go to Applications -> Utilities.
Launch Terminal.
Type “open $TMPDIR” and hit Enter.
See if you can find the workbook there.
If not, you're out of luck, I fear.
