Hi,

 

I'm unable to login to https://dynamicspartners.transform.microsoft.com/. Nothing happens when I try to press the login button on the upper right corner.

 

Result has been the same with three different browsers (Firefox, Chrome & Edge) and with two different PCs.

 

Our IT says that I have the same rights than my predecessor who used to handle MS incentive cases. I am unable to for example download Proof of Execution documentation f.e: https://dynamicspartners.transform.microsoft.com/download/protected?assetname=protectedassets%2FPart...

 

Nothing happens when I open that link.

 

What rights should I have to be able to login to https://dynamicspartners.transform.microsoft.com/?

 

Any ideas that what could be causing this?

Please log into Partner Center and submit a support ticket.

@LicensingConcierge1 thank you for your answer.

 

The problem is that I already created a support ticket about this through Partner center. They then guided me to create a ticket through Azure Support options as they don't manage that portal (Azure Support Options | Microsoft Azure).

 

As our company don't have a Azure support plan, we cannot create Azure related support requests and they guided me to engage with community support. 

 

And here we are... 

@ossikulmala everyone keeps passing you around, that's frustrating! Have you tried opening an incognito window and seeing if it works? I don't know anything specific about what you are asking, but sometimes opening it there works! Worth a shot I think.

@JillArmourMicrosoft Thank you for the tip. I have tried incognito as well but the result is the same.

 

I do understand that responsiblities have been split. I just don't know where to apply for help!
