The problem is that I already created a support ticket about this through Partner center. They then guided me to create a ticket through Azure Support options as they don't manage that portal (Azure Support Options | Microsoft Azure).
As our company don't have a Azure support plan, we cannot create Azure related support requests and they guided me to engage with community support.
And here we are...

Community Managerossikulmala everyone keeps passing you around, that's frustrating! Have you tried opening an incognito window and seeing if it works? I don't know anything specific about what you are asking, but sometimes opening it there works! Worth a shot I think.

I do understand that responsiblities have been split. I just don't know where to apply for help!
