Downgrade License

Hi,

If we setup a GP client under CSP promotion for CSP BREP with a Dynamics 365 Business Central Premium Licenses and they only need Essentials can we downgrade the licenses?  Unfortunately the SKU is no longer available so not sure how to accomplish this

Hi @Kumar402 

Are you referring to the Dynamics cloud migration promo?  If so, there should be Essentials and Premium SKUs because I can see them both on the Global Promo Readiness Guide. 

NCE subscriptions has limitations on making changes to subscriptions.  Therefore, you should purchase the SKUs that you need rather than buying Premium SKUs with the intent to downgrade.
