D365 FO IUR - legacy benefits
Since we were told we’re able to extend *all* benefits for one more year, I don’t understand why we’re not getting this subscription as well. Any explanation?
The question is: we had D365 Finance IUR until sept 2023 (next month). Now we bought legacy benefits and are not getting D365 Finance subscription keys.

Microsoft decided to end their policy of granting internal user rights (IUR) to partners as part of the Microsoft Action Pack.
The explanation is that effective October 1, 2019, the product licenses included with competencies will be specific to the competency you attain. Partners can review the benefits you will receive with your competency in Partner Center at time of purchase, and additional licenses can be purchased through commercial licensing to run your business.

LicensingConcierge1 i fully understand that. But it still does not explain why we are not getting all/the same licenses/subscriptions until now. It is only about that one specific subscription (Dynamics D365 Finance / called Dynamics 365 Unified Operations Plan before) and that is what I do not understand. Maybe there is a mistake in the legacy benefits package?
Unfortunately, as Licensing Concierge, I do not have the ability to review your customers account and/or troubleshoot issues.
If you feel there is a mistake in the legacy benefits package, that could mean there's a technical issue, so you should submit a support ticket in Partner Center.
