Join us for a special Ask Microsoft Anything (AMA) live video stream across four Microsoft content collaboration products: SharePoint, OneDrive, Lists, and Stream! Our product teams will be answering your questions about future roadmap and recent innovation – and offering insights on what to expect in the coming months.
Each team will present five minutes of content to catch you up on the highlights, and to spark what questions you might ask, and then have 10-15 minutes to take your questions. Post your questions at any time – starting your question with the product name to help us navigate it to the right experts; example: “SharePoint: How will Copilot help me create pages and news in the future?”
This is a great opportunity to get answers to any questions you may have from recent Microsoft 365 Conference (May 2-4, 2023) disclosures: Review Jeff Teper’s May 2nd (5/2) blog post.

- RLUGOCopper Contributor[SharePoint] When integrating PowerApps with SharePoint through making forms, is there capability to create checkboxes that will conditionally pull other fields? I've managed to utilize this capability with drop downs, but I was not able to successfully do so with checkboxes. The checked checkboxes would revert to unchecked and conditional fields for those checked checkboxes would not appear after saving and opening the form.
- David_SwensonIron ContributorWhen are SharePoint Lists going to get serious and have a realistic delegable query limit beyond 2,000? Love the copilot updates but our clients are needing improvements to the SharePoint framework itself.
- rachelspannuthCopper ContributorSharePoint: Is there a plan to surface accessibility tools to Pages (similar to Word/PowerPoint)?

Will the new enhancements to List forms include the ability to conditionally hide/show columns in the form? Or any way to configure branching logic for follow-up questions on a form?
The show/hide conditional rules via Edit Form in SPO are great, but the logic/code is very complicated for business users. Having a UI to configure this would be extremely valuable.
- Mark-KashmanFormer EmployeeThis is not yet part of the v1 plan, Matthew. However, the team does have it on the backlog to implement based on existing ability to show/hide via logic within the native form. It would be possible to do, but not directly from the default user interface. Thanks for your feedback and time in joining the AMA. - Mark

SharePoint: I did a SharePoint migration, taking Google Workspace to SharePoint. IT did not go well. The migration tool just doesn't seem to work. I spent numerous hours on the line with the helpdesk folks to no avail. Finally did the migration by hand. You need to make this tool better. Good news is the client loves SharePoint much more than Google Workspace. Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback. We would love to hear more about this. - David_SwensonIron ContributorSharePoint Migration tools (new ones in the SharePoint admin center) are TRASH - The removal of Mover.io was awful and needs to come back. SPO admin center needs better migration tools. Other competitors such as Google make this very easy.
- Rhys WilliamsIron ContributorMover used to be so easy to use! It seems to be a very common thing with Microsoft over the last years that indicate they just dont care about admins of their platform. They destroy mover, replace it with a product that doesnt have the same functionality, they destroy stream, replace it with a product that doesnt have the same functionality, and the list just goes on.
- Rhys WilliamsIron ContributorHad the same experience. It used to work on Mover.io seemlessly. Microsoft purchased mover and then completely destroyed it.

Thanks all. We value your feedback and expect the experience to get better in near future as Migration Manager evolves.

- nathanstackCopper ContributorSharePoint: Is there a way to archive files -- i.e., keep them available but somehow make it clear they are no longer in regular use?
- MTayalIron Contributorwhen we can expect search Video files capability via office.com (like available within Bingchat)

Are you talking about a "Video vertical" where you can search just video files? We are working with office.com, SharePoint, and Bing for Work all as part of Microsoft Search to allow this, where you can search just videos like you can search just sites/people in the other verticals. Already today you can use the File type filters to filter down to videos.
