- Does Sharepoint Server Subscription Edition improves on Sharepoint 2019 features without sacrificing too much features? Users would like to have the same editing/visual features when designing sites and pages for Sharepoint 2019 than with SP365, but not the inconvenients of SP365 (like lists that need to be scrolled to be loaded especially). Moving from Sharepoint On premise to Sharepoint 365 has been a very big regression on usability... We would like to stay up-to-date especially on the security part, but not patching sites/pages/interfaces with other software like Excel after each patch.

- I had some trouble sharing a 300 page word file with 5 people. Sharing was painfully slow and the file virtually impossible to use together. Can you give me suggestions on how to investigate this problem?

- I have an issue managing security on a SharePoint site where I need to have extremely secure folders. The other owners do not want to use secure libraries. I plan to create new groups, and add users according to their access needs, and than add those groups to the folders as needed. but how do I monitor this? And how can I see what the users have 'shared'? I cannot see any MS articles to help me manage security. I am the owner of the site, but not in Tech, so no admin access. I have contacts there though.

- in SP online, using the copy feature, we view that when we copy for example a folder with 20 files, in the destination library ID are not progressive (some IDs are missing). Why it happens?

- Do you mean the GUID's or the Document ID's feature?
- I mean the standard metadata property ID (that is automatically assigned when create or upload a file).
- How do I localize Web/List/Field/ContentType resources on SharePoint using REST API? Sending POST-requests to https://
.sharepoint.com/ /_api/Web/TitleResource/SetValueForUICulture have no effect. Accept-Language headers do not work (the language configured in the profile of the logged in user overrides these headers). That's right Sandip, the deployment experience for SharePoint Server Subscription Edition will be very familiar to anyone who's deployed SharePoint 2019. Some specific changes / improvements I'll call out include:
- Support for Windows Server Core, which will let you deploy SPSE on an installation of Windows Server that only runs the most essential server components. This minimal OS footprint improves your security profile and frees up system resources. Note that this OS installation mode focuses on command line interfaces rather than the Windows GUI, so you'll be using a lot of PowerShell with it.
- A dramatically reduced set of dependencies on external components. Take a look at the SharePoint Prerequisite Installer that came with SharePoint 2019 and compare it to SPSE - you'll see how much we've eliminated our dependency on legacy components and technologies in SPSE. This will ensure we're able to support SPSE for years to come.
- Support for new administration capabilities like our PowerShell installed via Modules instead of Snap-ins, a new farm-wide SSL certificate management feature, and smarter integration with IIS when creating or modifying web applications.
Plus, your favorite deployment automation tools have been updated to be compatible with SPSE including SharePointDsc and AutoSPInstaller.

- We've been having issues lately with users syncing SharePoint document libraries and Teams "general" folder to their OneDrive where it doesn't seem to sync with new files and/or folders on OneDrive even after they click on "sync" button. Is there another way to sync to ensure new files/folders are sync'd on OneDrive from SharePoint and/or Teams?

- Hello, my question may be a bit basic, I've been tasked to create training around how to use Sharepoint more effectively, and efficiently, as well as straight-up how to use it for the people who aren't using it. Do you have any good resources I can tap into to help develop the content for this training? I've done my fair share of searching Youtube and there are some great resources there but I was wondering more from the actual source. Thank you!
