How do I localize Web/List/Field/ContentType resources on SharePoint using REST API? Sending POST-requests to https://.sharepoint.com//_api/Web/TitleResource/SetValueForUICulture have no effect. Accept-Language headers do not work (the language configured in the profile of the logged in user overrides these headers). (Accept-Language headers only work when logged in as a service principal with an AppOnly access token)
