- theaccreditedscotCopper ContributorWill there be an integration between the Advanced App management and Azure Virtual Desktop? Any improvements for app management in AVD is a huge plus

Thanks for participating in today's AMA on Endpoint Privilege Management and Intune Suite! For reference, the panel covered this topic at around 20:00.
- NigelIron ContributorWith the default behavior demoed today in EPM, does the user then still have to provide / have an admin level account for the specific device? I assume it then just hands off to local UAC / Admin groups?

Hello Nigel, will you provide an additional example so I can provide an answer.
- Jeff GilbertCopper ContributorAdmin elevation on request for apps is super cool, and maybe it's the wrong Q&A, but are there any plans to enable some kind of app installation approval workflows similar to what we get with Configuration Manager?

Hello Jeff, excellent question. We have captured the use case and will share it with the development team.

Hello Jessie EPM is currently GA, link to the documentation page is below. We are continuing to develop EPM based on customer feedback. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/protect/epm-overview
- vaumanCopper ContributorThose were some well hidden easter eggs! I didn't catch a single thing, even on rewatch.

Why was it decided to create a new Intune Suite plan rather than offer the planned additional features to existing Plan 2 customers who are already paying for a premium tier Intune offering? Some of the features in particular, such as Remote Help, would ordinarily be considered basic management capability within other device management solutions so there's even an argument to say it should be in Plan 1.

Microsoft
Intune Suite features will generally be Management adjacent scenarios that have traditionally relied upon a 3rd party tool or solution - Suite will allow you to have a single pane of glass and tool consolidation. Remote Help in particular has been built to be an Enterprise level solution that includes security features and controls, unlike other solutions that have available historically.
- CraigDKIron ContributorAre you able to tell us more about the new Cloud Certificate Management feature that is coming to the Intune Suite and potential timescales?
- JaminAlmond
Microsoft
Hello Craig Please continue to monitor the in-development page. Announcements will be there first. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/in-development

If Advanced App Management is likely to contain an expanded list of apps compared to those currently available in the Microsoft Store (if it doesn't I really cannot see the benefit of it) - are Microsoft concerned that this might be counterproductive and slow down adoption of the new Microsoft Store by vendors, as customers will no longer need to pressure software vendors to ask them to host their apps in the more widely available and public Microsoft Store.
- Char_CheesmanBronze Contributor
Thanks for participating! For reference, the panel followed up to this question at around 10:30.
- CraigDKIron Contributor
What benefits does Advanced App Management within the Intune Suite provide over the native integration between Intune and the new Microsoft Store ? - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/store-apps-microsoft
- The new Microsoft Store already contains a growing list of both UWP and Win32 apps that need to undergo rigorous checks before the vendor can add them.
- Microsoft have already assured that both UWP and Win32 apps that originate from this store will support the ability to update automatically.
What will Advanced App Management therefore provide us in excess of what we can already do with the Microsoft Store integration.
