- Bec_106Copper ContributorCan we have a list of features that M365 CoPilot adds to each product (word, teams, outlook etc) plus a breakdown of the license needed for each feature? I am struggling to find this information.
- ScottSchnollBronze ContributorOne license for Microsoft 365 Copilot gives you access to all the Copilot features in Microsoft 365 apps.

- NatPorBrass ContributorWhy can M365 Copilot Chat not retrieve information from my colleague's calendar even though I have full access to it (I have deputy rights in his Outlook)? E.g. I tried to ask when my colleague has the next meeting with the title "XYZ" and Copilot replied "You better ask your colleague directly". Based an access management it should work or?

As you've seen, this capability is not supported by Copilot. Can you please leave feedback in Copilot (thumbs down) and share your comments there?
- mscarinacBrass ContributorCan you direct me to material that I can share to cater to executives?
- SigurdWernerIron ContributorIt also has a new part in Techcommunity: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-365-copilot/ct-p/Microsoft-365-copilot

- tdemeulCopper ContributorWhat does the security threat model look like for Copilot?
- mscarinacBrass ContributorDoes Microsoft provide demos to businesses 1x1 to show capabilities and such?
- GabeHoIron ContributorYou could also get in touch with your Microsoft account manager if you don't have a partner already engaged.
- Kristie_WilkersonBrass ContributorYour best bet is to leverage a Microsoft Partner for that. Find out more here: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/partnership/find-a-partner
- ShaunSchanBrass ContributorConfused about the Copilot features available within Teams when NOT licensed for Teams Premium. Can you help me understand what features would be available in this scenario?
- KevinSherman
Microsoft
Teams Premium is separate from Copilot in Teams. They work well together, but one is not a prerequisite for the other.
A quick summary re: related features:- Intelligent recap in Teams Premium is designed to automatically provide a comprehensive overview of the key points of the meeting, enabling users to catch up and recall the discussion in minutes. Intelligent recap helps you save time with tools to quickly navigate meeting recordings in a visually rich experience, segmenting the meeting recording into moments including when your name was mentioned, a screen was shared, when others spoke, and auto-generated discussion topics. Intelligent recap also produces AI-generated notes and tasks shared across users who see the same summaries.
- Copilot in Teams provides on-demand insights based on your specific questions and prompts, returning context-based responses. Copilot can help you understand how decisions were made, what questions remain unresolved, and different perspectives from the group through a conversational interface—helping you dig deeper into the points of discussion most pertinent to you. Additionally, Copilot can go beyond summarization and execute commands such as brainstorming ideas, formatting text, identifying conflicts, and more.
- rossparkmanCopper Contributorgood question! i think it would be limited to M365 chat but interested in the official answer...
- mscarinacBrass ContributorWho can I talk to understand time and effort and resources needed to implement at an enterprise level?
- GabeHoIron ContributorHey Carina, definitely a great question. You can also review the setup guide to get a sense for what requirements are here https://setup.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/copilot-setup-guide
- rossparkmanCopper ContributorI think the best place would be to start with a Readiness Assessment offered by a partner in the Jumpstart program
- Kristie_WilkersonBrass ContributorStart with a Microsoft Cloud Partner. https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/partnership/find-a-partner Their role is helping with your adoption strategy and implementation (cradle to grave). I've been working with Hitachi Solutions and their support has been incredible on this journey.
- rossparkmanCopper ContributorAre there any plans to limit Copilot responses by asking it to discard content related to certain Purview label types? So that it will help with unintended data leakage etc..
- Samer_Baroudi
Microsoft
Thanks for your question, Ross. Yes, Copilot respects existing file access policies to ensure data is never used by an LLM or returned to a user if the user does not have access to the data. Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels provides an extra layer of protection. Learn more about how Purview strengthens information protection for Microsoft 365 Copilot here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/ai-microsoft-purview#microsoft-purview-strengthens-information-protection-for-microsoft-365-copilot- rossparkmanCopper ContributorHi Samer - i was asking specifically about limiting responses from content that is labelled by Purview already. So an additional layer beyond permissions to data itself. So not just flagging that the source was labelled as Sensitive as a citation, but to filter content based on the Sensitivity label.
- NatPorBrass ContributorIs there a roadmap when new languages will be added to M365 Copilot?
- DanNarlochIron ContributorHi Natalie, thanks for the question. www.microsoft365.com/roadmap is our place to make all roadmap announcements.
- RichardGardnerCopper Contributor
Will M365 CoPilot be also added to Azure DevOps? I find LLM invaluable to write my Scope/Requirements, Acceptance Criteria, BUsiness Benefits and weekly notes/updates. It would be fairly simple for MS to add a "Generate Text" button for each text box. Can we please ask for this to be integrated into Azure DevOps?
- RichardGardnerCopper ContributorSo, no one is going to reply?
- GabeHoIron ContributorHey Richard, sorry for the delay. Azure is a separate business and it took some tracking down to find the right person. At this time Copilot doesn't natively integrate with ADO, but you could export to excel and use M365 to generate something from it. At the same time, we've passed along the feedback that it would be very helpful to have this functionality to the team!
