- NatPorBrass ContributorWhen will Copilot be available in the old Outlook?
- ScottSchnollBronze ContributorSoon! See https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?featureid=180900 for example.
- MikeGunther1Brass ContributorWhen is GA, for everyone? Very frustrating dealing with all the mixed messaging, or lack of messaging, from MS.
- ScottSchnollBronze ContributorGA was on November 1.
- ShaunSchanBrass ContributorI think Mike means is EVERYONE.... availability with no minimum license counts, small business oriented M365 licenses, etc.

Will the Champion Managment Platform that was included in the Center of Excellence (CoE) be updated to include Tournament of Copilot actions?
- JessieHwang
Microsoft
Hi FeliciaKBuckingham - this is something the team is working on right now. We don't have an ETA yet but keep an eye on https://aka.ms/DrivingAdoptionBlog for announcements.
- Kristie_WilkersonBrass ContributorAre there plans to create Training and Certifications for the various Microsoft CoPilots?
- GabeHoIron ContributorHey Kristie, yes definitely! We've started with introducing some basic learning paths and challenges already available in the Learn library for admins (see MS-012), and are continuing to develop more content.
- BillKirstIron ContributorSimilarly, I think there is a growing interest for learning about how organizations are managing this change, from an organizational change management standpoint. Seeing as how this is probably the most significant change to knowledge workers since the unveiling of the World Wide Web.
- NatPorBrass ContributorWill it be possible to reference multiple files wihtin one Copilot request in Word or PowerPoint in the future? So far it always works only with one file
- KevinSherman
Microsoft
This will be supported in the future. Thanks for your patience!- Kristie_WilkersonBrass ContributorA workaround in the meantime is to create a PDF or Word document that integrates the "multiple documents" you want to use!
- Roberto_MatsuzakaCopper ContributorHow do the enterprises pay for Microsoft Copilot service?
- ScottSchnollBronze ContributorPlease contact your account team to purchase Copilot.
- NatPorBrass ContributorM365 Copilot seems not to in the web apps when opened in Firefox. Why?
- GabeHoIron ContributorHey Natalie, could you elaborate on what you're experiencing? If you could include a screenshot (reply with opening full text editor) we can look into it more.
- ShaunSchanBrass ContributorRegarding licensing, as an enterprise customer, we've been checking the SKU availability in our portal since 11/1, but have not seen anything specific to "M365 Copilot" only Sales Copilot... is there anything we need to do or toggle to make this available?
- Yana Terukhova
Microsoft
Microsoft 365 Copilot is not on the public pricelist, you would need to get in touch with your Microsoft account team to help with that.
- CurtisMcDonaldCopper ContributorFor others already using Copilot, are you finding that users get bored with it after the first week?
- EricaGorman
Microsoft
I've been using it for a few months. Not only am I "not" bored with it, but I don't want to go back to life without it. People who are "bored" with it just haven't discovered the right use cases and prompts to help them be more productive - LeighroyyyyyCopper ContributorProper adoption is key - define use case scenarios for your different personas, develop a champions/engagement community, share wins, provide end user training, tips & tricks, etc. and monitor adoption rates to identify where more use cases and/or training need to be provided.
- tdemeulCopper ContributorThere are adoption resources for Copilot available at https://adoption.microsoft.com/en-us/copilot/
- FerFranco1790Occasional ReaderYes, I have found that same behaviour with some users
- FerFranco1790Occasional ReaderIn the M365 Business chat I have a 30 prompt limit number, when I exceed that prompt limit, Copilot says "Sorry, this conversation has reached its limit. Let's start a new chat." My question is, how are we supposed to start a new chat? I'm not able to see that option. Also, 24 hours have passed since I exceeded the prompt limit, and the number has not been reset, so I'm not able to use the M365 Business chat.
- jjackschBrass ContributorType "New chat"
- Kristie_WilkersonBrass ContributorIf that doesn't work, try restarting TEAMS app.
