- qobodoBrass ContributorAs of now, Copilot reacts AFTER a prompt is made. How about a way to store favourite prompts, and those would run periodically and automatically to sort and/or tag email. More like a rule works, it would add a layer of sorting and filtering to structure email content upfront. This would greatly facilitate project related exchanges. Today I use copy/pastes of a whole set of pre-written prompts in Outlook to keep overview of the many projects that we have to manage simultaneously in our construction company

Hi, I'm trying to ask Copilot to retrieve a list of the meetings and appointments, but the search results seem to be limited just to a few weeks or months. How to configure the "depth" of the search to get a full list of the meetings in Copilot chat? Thanks.
- John-aitpCopper ContributorIf you ask copilot to summarize your week and actions it misses a lot of important information and meetings. Can't rely on it.

Hi Andrey, thanks for your question. The current search results are limited to 10 at a time. I will take your feedback to our product team to take this into consideration and how we can expand the search window to provide more depth to the search.- andrey_bing_25Copper ContributorHi Zack, Thank you very much for the reply. I'm still curious if the are any options to configure Copilot search within Azure Tenant and what Copilot configuration options are available. Thanks!
- qobodoBrass ContributorAs inboxes get cluttered, storage is limited and we get more and more emails with big attachements, our coworkers save emails in a network share and delete them from their Outlook. Is Copilot in Outlook still able to find and integrate those emails on the network share?
- John-aitpCopper ContributorSo there is a way - which is to connect the network share to the Microsoft Graph API but it can be very complicated if the network share permissions and access model are not managed by Entra. It's most likely a custom dev

Microsoft
No, in that case Copilot will not have access to those emails.
- mcosdenCopper ContributorIs "Type / to Draft with Copilot" in the body of a Classic Outlook message coming? It works well in New Outlook and hoping to see it in Classic as well as most of our org is using it. Thanks for doing this AMA.
- Gabriel_Valdez
Microsoft
Thank you for your feedback! We don't have plans to bring the ability to start a draft with Copilot by typing in classic Outlook for Windows
- iasonschizasCopper ContributorWhen is the plan to release Copilot working in the Greek language natively?
- Renu Devi
Microsoft
We are planning for more languages including Greek, so please stay tuned to our Roadmap to further updates on language support. Microsoft 365 Roadmap | Microsoft 365
- LisaJo48Iron ContributorWhat about moving an email to a Plan in Planner while in Outlook in addition/like current functionality with To Do?
- qobodoBrass ContributorVery good point. Indeed, ToDo is not the right tool for project management. MS Project is often too big. Planner is in between and should be pushed more.
- LisaJo48Iron ContributorThough, I realize this is off topic for this AMA. Sorry Sarah....stream of consciousness as I was thinking about Outlook but not Copilot.
- ColleenGrahamCopper ContributorVery very impressed....our legal/info sec folks were so risk averse to having us use Copilot to summarize meetings....they were all DELIGHTED with the explicit consent that all meeting participants need to provide before a meeting can be recorded...great work Microsoft!!! now I need to convince my Legal/Info sec to allow us to use copilot with external participants, however the fact that the transcription and recording and AI summary is not available to external participants unless I release It to them separately...great work anticipating that too!
- Chris_SpiveyCopper ContributorHow does one set a meeting to require explict consent before a recording can start? I have not seen that as a meeting option.
- pmb90Copper Contributoryou can activate it in the teams admin center
- John-aitpCopper ContributorI dislike that you can't set recording, transcript and summary permissions at the meeting level so you can allow all participants (including external) access. It's hugely annoying if I'm external to have to ask a client or partner to send me the summary. Give me a button that I can press to ask for access and a popup on the organizer side to grant access. This is a huge PITA

Quick Reminder : This AMA is specifically for Copilot in Outlook, so please keep your questions focused on this topic. Thank you!
- Chris_FerraroSteel ContributorWhen is the "sound like me" option coming?
- Gabriel_Valdez
Microsoft
We are reworking "sound like me" based on feedback - please, follow the Microsoft 365 roadmap for the latest updates on it https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?rtc=1&filters=Outlook&searchterms=copilot- Inger_ChristensenBrass ContributorI am also unable to find the feature id. If I search on Tone only these are showing https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?rtc=1&filters=Outlook&searchterms=tone. The "Sound like me" option is not showing in Outlook at current time.
