Copilot in Outlook AMA

As of now, Copilot reacts AFTER a prompt is made. How about a way to store favourite prompts, and those would run periodically and automatically to sort and/or tag email. More like a rule works, it would add a layer of sorting and filtering to structure email content upfront. This would greatly facilitate project related exchanges. Today I use copy/pastes of a whole set of pre-written prompts in Outlook to keep overview of the many projects that we have to manage simultaneously in our construction company
