As inboxes get cluttered, storage is limited and we get more and more emails with big attachements, our coworkers save emails in a network share and delete them from their Outlook. Is Copilot in Outlook still able to find and integrate those emails on the network share?
- So there is a way - which is to connect the network share to the Microsoft Graph API but it can be very complicated if the network share permissions and access model are not managed by Entra. It's most likely a custom dev
