Thanks everyone, for participating in today's office hours! Below is a list of the questions that were answered during the live Q&A, along with associated timestamps:

Presentation – Structuring your Microsoft Partner Center account for success – Started at 1:37.

Question – Do partner location accounts have their own global admins or is there a location admin role? – answered at 12:05.

Question – Prior to me joining my current company, Partner Center was set up with our marketplace listings in three different instances (one for US, one for Canada, and one for UK). Can I simply run everything through the US instance and collapse the other two? Are there tax and banking implications? I believe I can run every private offer through the US instance regardless of whether the end customer is in the UK or Canada.  – answered at 18:43.

Question – Anyway to change the PLA description, so the ones you see in the upper-right in the MPC?  At this moment we have two PLA with a random number in the name, like to change that so includes the country names.  – answered at 25:27

End of presentation / Live Q&A Cont. – at 29:01.

Question – As a smaller business, how many partner location accounts should I have? – answered at 30:00.

Question – What if someone leaves the company? How many people should ideally have the global admin role vs. the business profile admin role? – answered at 30:53.

Question – What is the difference between a tax profile and a payout profile? – answered at 32:53.

Question – Why is my business verification failing? – answered at 34:02.

Is there any way to create a report of who has received access to what in MPC?

Not a report, per se, but you should be able to see who has access based on role in the users tab inside of partner center settings. There are filtering capabilities there that should help you find who has what access.

      Hi, Arjan.

It turns out the answer to this question is no, unfortunately. Not only did I look at trying this myself but consulted with my real resident partner Center expert who confirmed that this capability is not in partner center.

Prior to me joining my current company, Partner Center was set up with our marketplace listings in three different instances (one for US, one for Canada, and one for UK). I use the same signin for all three instances.

It's causing me issues, because now our aggregate numbers don't appear in Microsoft dashboards internally (mapping issue).

Can I simply run everything through the US instance and collapse the other two? Are there tax and banking implications? I believe I can run every private offer through the US instance regardless of whether the end customer is in the UK or Canada.

The listing is identical on the backend, we just have three separate listings one for each instance.

In other words (since we just got to that part of the session) I currently think I have three PGAs. I want a single PGA, with several PLAs. How do I do this?
