Unable to create invoice using the template from microsoft word

Yes the basic business invoice. It's not that it won't download it is that when it does it's "all out of wack" and doesn't display the full template Charles_Kenyon
I'm afraid "all out of wack" does not give enough information for anyone to help.

When I click on create invoice it goes to the invoice however the invoice is not as it is displayed in the example invoice and it does not display the full invoice. Ex: Company info on the bottom of the invoice is not shown.

The business information at the bottom is in the Footer part of the document.
When something looks wrong in a Word document, always try Print Preview to see what prints. Perhaps even print to pdf and look.
