Template for Novices
Hi All
We have mechanics out in the field an they are to write weekly report. but they struggle to ad in pictures and when they do it, the picture quality become poor.
so is there a way to make a template where placeholders for picture and text are fixed? ie 4 by 4 for pictures and how do we keep the picture quality

You can use a table with a fixed-size cell to hold the picture. Put a Picture-Picker Content Control from the Developer Tab in that cell.

How are they adding the picture? In my experience, the Picture-Picker Content Control will give the best results. Editing pictures within Word can result in bloated files.
