Table of contents bug - num list headings are on multiple lines in the TOC

An un-redacted screenshot would be a lot easier to interpret. However, even then it may not be possible and it is likely that the issue is with the relevant "heading" in the body of the document and it will probably be necessary for you to provide a copy of the document to enable us to provide you with a solution for the issue.
