Restrict Editing of styles, allow new breaks, TOCs, etc.
I've restricted editing to a selection of styles in my Word template. This, however, also restricts some key essential functions, for example, you can't add in a new Table of Contents or add in page or section breaks. Is there any way to just limit the Font and Table styles, while allowing everything else?

Manual Page Breaks and Section Breaks take either the Normal Style, or the Style that is applied to the paragraph in which they are inserted.
For a Table of Contents. you would need to include in the available styles, the appropriate TOC# styles that are used for the construction of a Table of Contents.
