Resolution of image in high reolution when it was already in low
When I inserted the images in the word file the images got saved in low resolution
Is their anyway in word to change the resolutions to high without converting each image and then inserting. That is in image properties etc to change.

Dr_sriram_V If you select an image and then click on the Compress Pictures button on the Picture Format tab of the ribbon, the possibilities for that image will be enabled in the Compress Pictures dialog. I expect that it would be necessary to do that immediately after inserting the original image and it will not be possible to increase the resolution after the document has been saved.
