Equations not rendering in Word

Hi everyone, I have an Office 365 Subscription and so I use the online version of Word for my work, I've done so for a number of months. All of a sudden today all of my maths equations stopped render...

Monica1265 While you can see the equation on the Web application when in View only mode, to edit the equation in that application, you need to right click on the equation and then on Equation from the menu that appears.

Hi Doug, thanks for your response. I think that you are correct that it has something to do with the mode I am viewing the document in. If I go to "Reading View" I can see the equations (but I can't edit them). My confusion is now just that I used to be able to see the equations perfectly well on the page that you have screenshot above, and that was useful to me.

Your answer really helps though, thanks so much.

    Doug_Robbins_Word_MVP with equations not showing on internet version of Microsoft office word. They just show as ‘equation’ in grey box but doesn’t show the actual inserted equations in the document..
