Back to my old settings
Everything was fine this morning. Then I tried to download a template for Word. Now my screen has changed, its 19 inches wide. I want to go back to my old settings. I am open to all suggestions. ...

"screen is 19 inches wide" does not convey to me the problem. Window on the screen? If so, you can grab its sides and resize it.
You can show us a screenshot using the camera icon.
Which template? A public one?
