Problem with breaking table

Hi,

See the image. This is one table going across several pages. On page 31 it decides to leave a big white space. Can someone help me get rid of that please?

  • thomasquad There are two possibilities:

    1. The rows in the table have the option set to prevent them from breaking across pages.  Go to the Row tab of the Table Properties dialog and check the box for "Allow row to break across pages"
    2. The first paragraph in one of the other cells of the table on Page 32 is formatted to have a page break before it, or to be kept with next.

To add to what Doug has said, if a table row does not fit on a page and it has a fixed height, Word will prevent it from being split and instead move the whole row. (This applies even if the "Allow row to break across pages" option is selected.)
