Issue with Creating a Pictorial Directory in WORD with Mail Merge

Question

I have spent hours learning and discussing this issue with your tech people but don't have a solution.&nbsp; I am trying to include pictures in a WORD directory.&nbsp; I can't get the pictures to show no matter what I do.&nbsp; I am working in Office 365.&nbsp; I am using the INCLUDEPICTURE quick part.&nbsp; Thank you.

1. Ensure the correct field code format
{ INCLUDEPICTURE "{ MERGEFIELD PhotoPath }" \d }
2. Turn On “Update Fields Before Printing”
3. Force Field Updates After Merge
