Having troubles with an advanced page layout

could someone tell me how i can do the following:

i want the body text and sidebar (using left column layout) to start for example at 100pt from the top margin/ page.

this is doable.

but i want a "special" text section above the body text in the right column where i can put the first heading of the page/ additional info if needed.

i have no clue on how to outline this/ create a layout for this.

please have a look at page 1 & 2 of the included link, this should make my question more clear.
